General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Charming-Nails

1. scope of application

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online store of Charming-Nails. Charming-Nails reserves the right to change the GTC at any time, whereby the version of the GTC valid at the time of the order is authoritative.

2. products

Color deviations can not be avoided by means of screen. I try to take this into account by adding my own photo next to the catalog picture. Nevertheless, there may be color deviations. 

 

The offer is valid while stocks last. A pre-order of unavailable products is not possible.

3. price

The prices are in Swiss Francs. No value added tax is currently charged. The price in the online store at the time of the order is decisive. There is a currency converter on the homepage. This is only valid as a guide. If payment is made with external providers such as Paypal or credit card, there may be deviations from the currency converter.

 

Charming-Nails reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. order

By sending an order, a contract is concluded.  After submitting the order, a confirmation of receipt and a confirmation of shipment (once the delivery has been sent) will be sent automatically by email.

 

Customers from abroad have to check the import conditions on their own. Charming-Nails is not responsible for any customs or other fees.

5. delivery

The shipment usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. The shipment is uninsured and takes place by mail in normal envelope. 

 

Normally you will receive your order within 2-4 business days, but the delivery times are only estimates and depend on the place of delivery and the post office. The current Corona situation may extend delivery times. Also, other factors (such as technical failures) may extend the delivery time. 

 

The delivery costs can be seen on the homepage and can be changed at any time.

6. returns and quality guarantee

I accept a return of the goods within 10 days without giving any reason. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. Refunds will be made for the purchase amount minus any shipping charges incurred.

Opened products or damaged packaging are excluded from the right of return.

 

It is my concern that you are happy with my products! Therefore, Charming-Nails guarantees 1 year warranty on the products sold. If they are not satisfied, they can return the goods without giving any reason, within 10 days to me.

 

You as a buyer are also obliged to check the goods upon receipt and report any defects to me in writing within 5 days.

7. applicable law

Swiss substantive law is applicable to the legal relationship between Charming-Nails and the clientele.

The place of jurisdiction is Dällikon ZH.
